Description: This extra large vase has been decorated with abstract Eucalyptus leaves using a technique called ‘Mishima’, where artwork has been drawn onto the clay with a needle then filled in with slip and scraped back to reveal the contrasting fine lines of the original drawing as well as ‘Sgraffito’, where the slip is applied to the clay first then scraped off revealing the original colour of the clay beneath. The inside has been brush glazed with dove grey. Sealed with Liquid Quartz™ on unglazed surfaces. The last image shows the serving bowl on top of the Large Serving Bowl in Eucalyptus Leaves.

The ‘Red Gum’ Collection is made from Australian clay and is a mix of Porcelain and Stoneware. Sealed with Liquid Quartz™ on unglazed surfaces.

Delivery: Pieces will be packed within 1 – 7 business days after the exhibition concludes and delivered through Australia Post.
