Shipping & Returns

Free Local Delivery – 3850 Postcode

If you live within the 3850 postcode, you will receive free delivery. Just make sure your postal address is correct at checkout and the free shipping will be allocated automatically.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available Australia wide only at this stage via Australia Post. Please note that I am located in a regional zone, therefore it will take 5-14 days, depending on where you are. You will receive an email with your tracking number to keep an eye on your ceramics.

International Shipping

Yes, however, I do not have this listed in my shop as I have to input addresses manually to find out the cost of shipping. If you reach out to me before you make your purchase, let me know what your shipping address is and I’ll provide a quote. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of ceramics and their fragility, there will be no refunds.

All care has been taken when packing your ceramics. If you do find that the delivery man/woman has been a little reckless and has broken your ceramic in transit, please get in touch and we can find a solution. I will offer a shop coupon or a replacement at the same price range if available. 

If you drop your ceramic, unfortunately, I do not replace/refund this type of damage.

Returns & Exchanges

There is a “no return” policy if you change your mind. Unless it really isn’t what you ordered. In that case, it would simply be an exchange. So please choose carefully. Approximate measurements and dimensions are displayed in every product listing. In the event that something has really gone wrong, reach out to me and we can sort something out.

Seconds & Samples

There will be no returns on seconds and samples, all sales are final. These items are reduced to reflect the second or if it is a sample, it is either a one-off piece that will not be replicated again or perhaps the glaze did not turn out as expected.
