Kindred Short
This body of work brings together the influence of six artists who have guided and inspired my practice: Andrea Hall, Liz Millear, Elizabeth McCarthy, Liz Wearne, Bradden Taylor, and Wendy Reeve. Each connection has left an impression that can be traced in the pieces gathered here. Their influence is embedded within each piece – forming not only the work before you, but also works that came before it. The support, guidance, and friendship of these artists have been part of my success, and they continue to carry me forward, presently, here.
